This role focuses on supporting marketing strategies for Japanese companies in Southeast Asia, a region with a population of 700 million and increasing investment appetite. The position involves moving beyond simple product sales to developing customer retention strategies, long-term relationships, peripheral services, and brand strategies. It requires managing projects in a mixed team of local and Japanese Client Services members, utilizing deep knowledge in Customer & Marketing Technology, Digital Customer, and Marketing & Customer Experience. The role demands leadership in strategy formulation, SI, and change management, specifically addressing the diverse consumer behaviors across Southeast Asian markets.

Manage projects in a mixed team of local and Japanese Client Services members

Support project and client development using personal strengths

Lead the execution of key objectives and priorities for internal and external stakeholders

Align the team to key objectives and set clear priorities and direction

Deliver superior value and high-quality results to stakeholders while driving high performance

Experience working in a consulting firm on topics related to customer retention, peripheral services, and brand strategies

Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities

Native level Japanese and business level English, or native level English and business level Japanese

Consulting experience in the strategy or marketing field at a consulting firm
