Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Learning Delivery to develop, manage, and govern the annual OIC learning calendar
Collaborate in the selection, qualification, and deployment planning of OIC-certified instructors
Develop and submit the annual OIC licensing and license renewal plan
Establish and implement a licensing risk management framework
Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy
