Analyst, Marketing Analytics and Strategy

This role involves working within the Performance Marketing Team to develop at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value. The position focuses on data-driven strategies across search and display channels. Responsibilities include experimenting with text ads and bidding structures on major search engines like Google and Bing, as well as testing and optimizing campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The role also requires analyzing data from experiments to develop optimization models and building dashboards for account managers.

Candidates must possess strong numerical reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering. Fluency in English is required. The role offers a great learning environment where you will work closely with experts from diverse backgrounds.

Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines

Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others

Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments

Develop models for optimization

Build dashboards for account managers

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science)

Ability to communicate fluently in English
