About the position
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the buyer journey and delivery speed, managing scalable solutions that improve both seller and buyer experiences. Drive the end-to-end execution of key projects aligned with Commercial team objectives, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment. Provide data-driven insights by defining critical business metrics and evaluating operational bottlenecks to support continuous improvement. Optimize internal processes through automation and strategic enhancements, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to boost team productivity. Communicate complex data and strategic recommendations to business leaders through clear presentations and dashboards.
Collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and business development teams, to identify challenges and drive impactful solutions. Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data discrepancies and understand underlying business logic. Implement practical solutions that accelerate key processes and optimize team performance for speed-related programs.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to process and analyze large datasets
- Strong logical reasoning to troubleshoot data discrepancies and understand underlying business logic
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks and develop data-driven strategies
Nice to have
- SQL proficiency
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics
- Strong presentation and communication skills
