About the position
This role focuses on managing monthly and quarterly budget planning processes while evaluating the efficiency of buyer and seller incentives. You will coordinate closely with the Thailand FP&A team and the internal FBS growth team to align budget strategies with business initiatives. The position requires analyzing financial performance at both the business unit and initiative levels to identify opportunities and influence budget allocation decisions.
You will be responsible for managing internal cost and performance tracking workflows to ensure continuous improvement. The role involves summarizing key financial results for senior management presentations and project approvals. Additionally, you will liaise with internal and external teams to gather necessary information and ensure the successful execution of projects. Daily support includes assisting other functions with budget planning, inquiries, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly budget planning processes
- Evaluate the efficiency of buyer and seller incentives
- Coordinate with the Thailand FP&A team and internal FBS growth team on budget and initiatives
- Analyze FBS financial performance at the business unit level and targeted initiative basis
- Identify business opportunities and influence budget approval and allocation processes
- Manage internal cost and performance tracking workflows
- Summarize key financial results for senior management presentations
- Liaise with internal and external teams to gather necessary information for analysis
- Support other functions with budget planning, inquiries, and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
- Proficient with financial terms and concepts with good understanding of standard business P&L items
- Strong stakeholders management and communication skills
- Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel
Nice to have
- Good with mathematics
- Experience in FP&A is a plus
