Fleet Strategy Project Manager

This role involves leading end-to-end high-impact project execution focused on middle-mile fleet strategy. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial design and business case development through to pilot execution, full rollout, and ongoing performance tracking. The position requires defining clear project scopes, timelines, and KPIs while securing necessary resources and analyzing potential impacts. You will serve as an active Project Management Office (PMO) lead for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned. Additionally, you will monitor team performance metrics to identify operational issues and formulate data-driven improvement plans to drive efficiency and growth.

• Lead end-to-end project execution for middle-mile fleet strategy, covering design, business case, pilot, rollout, and performance tracking.
• Define project scope, timelines, KPIs, resource requirements, and expected impacts.
• Prepare comprehensive materials for discussions with working teams and senior management.
• Monitor team KPIs to analyze performance, identify issues, and develop improvement plans.
• Act as an active PMO lead for cross-functional projects, managing timelines and stakeholder engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making with proficiency in Excel or SQL.
• Creative problem-solving approach with a growth mindset, proactive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-driven with strong leadership skills to facilitate interactions across different teams.
