About the position

You will lead the architecture and implementation of corporate core system solutions to meet business requirements. Your role involves managing critical infrastructure components including virtualization platforms, storage systems, and identity services. You will ensure high availability and security across the organization while supporting complex technical migrations and upgrades. The position requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and vulnerability management to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and optimize VMware vSphere virtualization platforms across production environments
  • Administer physical server hardware including provisioning, lifecycle management, and capacity planning
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTP, NPS, and WSUS infrastructure across all sites
  • Administer NAS and SAN storage platforms including provisioning, zoning, and performance tuning
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments on physical servers and virtual machines
  • Build and maintain system monitoring dashboards using Zabbix, Grafana, and Elastic
  • Participate in patching cycles, change management, and scheduled maintenance windows
  • Produce technical documentation including SOPs, RCA reports, and architecture diagrams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with server and system administration
  • MCSA, RHCSA, or VCP certification is preferred
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Veeam backup, and VMware virtualization
  • Valid driving license is required
  • Ability to provide on-call support as needed

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with local and HQ teams
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for implementing effective technology solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to flexible time schedules
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site buildouts and cross-functional initiatives
