Associate, True Sphere

This role focuses on promoting store efficiency and ensuring high-quality service to meet defined targets. You will provide friendly and effective support for various services, including payments, usage inquiries, and account setup or promotion changes. The position involves basic food and beverage service within True Sphere, a first-class service environment, while collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

You will manage daily operations smoothly, handling finances, inventory, environment, and systems according to company guidelines. The role requires preventing fraud and maintaining company interests. You will also recommend products, provide consultations, and promote True Group products and basic solutions to customers.

• Provide efficient food and beverage service to customers using True Sphere facilities
• Deliver information about True Sphere services, special privileges, and True Block Card activities
• Collaborate with the team to maintain excellent service standards and update product knowledge regularly
• Manage daily operations smoothly, including finances, inventory, environment, and systems
• Prevent fraud and maintain company interests
• Recommend products, provide consultations, and promote sales of True Group products and solutions
• Handle after-sales service issues, resolve customer problems, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience working with data systems and operating systems
• Strong customer service skills and personality
• Good personality, polite demeanor, and negotiation skills
• Appropriate conduct and a positive attitude towards work and service
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
