Technology & Transformation Consultant

This role involves providing end-to-end advisory services to clients, overlaying industry insights onto research and analysis to formulate innovative technology-enabled solutions. You will manage assessment and business requirements gathering processes, review functional specifications, and support solution prototyping and architecture redesign. The position requires engaging with clients through discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate solutions and perform walk-throughs of deliverables. You will also develop trusted client relationships, provide quality assurance for project work products, and actively coach project teams to maintain operational excellence. Additionally, you will meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and work with senior team members to develop responses to client enquiries and formulate proposals.

• Manage assessment and business requirements gathering processes, reviewing functional specifications against problem statements
• Support solution prototyping and architecture redesign by applying industry insights and know-how
• Engage clients in discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology-enabled solutions
• Perform walk-throughs of work products and deliverables with clients
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and gain recognition for technical and advisory capabilities
• Provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products
• Actively coach project teams during execution and support senior team members in maintaining operational excellence
• Meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and develop responses to client enquiries

• Bachelor's degree with honors, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management consulting and IT Implementation
• Involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment/release, and data migration
• Experience with Cloud Implementation, including Cloud Business Case, Cloud Design, Cloud Architecture, and Cloud Operating Mode
• Cloud Certified Architect (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities and be self-motivated
• Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
