Campaign Operations Specialist

This role focuses on managing campaign deal submissions and driving the strategy for product assortment. You will oversee the deal-hunting operations and provide key insights to continuously improve campaign performance. The position requires close collaboration with local commercial teams, regional product teams, and campaign onsite staff to enhance seller experience and adoption. You will also analyze business requirements and evaluate the feasibility of feature requests to deliver effective deal-hunting solutions.

• Own the maintenance and submission process for campaign deals
• Develop comprehensive strategies and timelines for campaign deal submissions to optimize product assortment
• Manage campaign operations specifically within the deal-hunting domain
• Generate detailed deal-hunting reports and key insights to refine campaign planning and operational performance
• Collaborate closely with local commercial teams, onsite campaign staff, and regional teams to improve seller experience and drive adoption
• Analyze, align, and evaluate business requirements and feature requests with local business units and regional product teams
• Support cross-functional teams on all matters related to deal-hunting
• Serve as the primary expert for deal-hunting mechanics and knowledge sharing

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or a technology company
• Proficient in processing and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
• Must possess basic SQL knowledge
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds
