Telemarketing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. You will need to effectively communicate our products and services, answer inquiries, and guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

You will work closely with the sales management team to develop and refine your sales techniques and product knowledge. Your success will depend on your ability to build rapport with customers, handle objections professionally, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
