Senior Finance Operations Analyst

You will play a critical role in Agoda's financial operations by monitoring and analyzing key financial data. Your primary responsibilities include reconciling and validating data related to payments, bookings, and receipts. You will contribute to designing and enhancing processes to ensure financial data integrity. This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Agoda's business objectives and operational processes. You will work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders across Europe and the US.

You will be proactive in identifying issues and recognizing patterns to provide short, medium, and long-term solutions. The role involves responding to constant changes from business demands and adjusting daily tasks accordingly. You will prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis to support decision-making. As the company continues to expand, the role may evolve, offering opportunities for additional challenges and responsibilities.

• Perform financial reconciliations for transactions from various sources
• Analyze, interpret, and investigate data discrepancies using a methodological approach
• Prepare reports for various stakeholders based on investigation results
• Proactively identify issues and recognize problem patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide short, medium, and long-term solutions
• Contribute to designing new programs and enhancing existing processes
• Adjust daily tasks in response to constant changes from business demands

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Consulting, or a related area
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information
