Audit Associate

You will perform a variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients across different industries. This role involves preparing audit documentation based on Thai Auditing Standards, analyzing financial information to identify unusual transactions, and making inquiries to understand internal controls. You will explore improvement areas to provide recommendations and support the engagement team with research and business knowledge.

As you progress, you will be assigned to different aspects of the engagement and participate in training to maintain technical knowledge. You will also develop a working knowledge of tax, SEC, and regulatory reporting requirements as necessary. The role requires you to build strong relationships with the engagement team and clients while adhering to professional standards and firm policies.

• Prepare and complete audit documentation based on Thai Auditing Standards to conclude testing results
• Perform analysis of financial information to identify unusual transactions based on client business knowledge
• Make inquiries with clients to understand internal controls and complete audit documentation
• Explore improvement areas, such as internal control deficiencies, and provide recommendations
• Support the engagement team in searching for client information and business industry data
• Perform project management to manage assigned work and meet deadlines
• Build good relationships and communication with the engagement team and clients
• Maintain technical knowledge by actively participating in training classes
• Adhere to professional technical standards and firm policies
• Develop a working knowledge of tax, SEC, and regulatory reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proven time management abilities to meet tight deadlines consistently
• Strong team player who can deliver results independently with minimal supervision
• Highly analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced computer skills
• Demonstrated capability to manage stress effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Flexibility to work both individually and as part of a team
