Oracle EPM Technology & Transformation Manager - Deloitte

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs. Your role involves designing process flows, creating prototypes, and managing the full project lifecycle from testing and training to post-implementation support. You will leverage deep financial knowledge to optimize reporting structures and ensure seamless integration with client operations.

You will drive the adoption of best practices, define clear roadmaps, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Your ability to influence others and manage client relationships will be critical to the success of our engagements.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, including process mapping and scenario design
• Lead testing activities, create training materials, and define support procedures and SLAs
• Provide expert recommendations based on Oracle EPM best practices and application functionality
• Mentor and develop diverse teams to achieve high performance and professional growth
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on key objectives
• Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle EPM implementations, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and prepare comprehensive deliverables such as design documents and test plans
• Train internal staff on advanced EPM concepts and methodologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation projects as a Functional Lead or Project Lead in Oracle EPM modules
• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
• Deep understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
• Experience with EPM Automate to build scripts for administrative automation
• Proven track record in gathering requirements, designing prototypes, and implementing scalable solutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively
• CPA qualification or Master’s degree is preferable but not essential

• Experience implementing Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS) and Data Relationship Management (DRM)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment in complex situations
• Proficiency in MS Visio and MS PowerPoint for documentation and presentations
• Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment and adapt to changing priorities
