Procurement Business Development Specialist - Shopee

This role focuses on managing Shopee's retail and consignment business inventory levels to ensure product availability. You will coordinate directly with suppliers to secure favorable stock amounts and pricing. The position involves preparing purchase orders based on approved requisitions and reviewing the quality of inbound products. You will support the daily operations of suppliers and the warehouse team, utilizing data analysis to achieve inbound targets. Additionally, you will manage the coordination of product arrivals, stock reservations, and payment transactions. The role requires maintaining a supplier profile database and collaborating with internal teams like Finance and Marketing Supply Chain to meet company objectives. You will also provide recommendations for improving the overall procurement process.

• Monitor retail and consignment inventory levels and manage replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate stock amounts and pricing
• Prepare purchase orders based on approved requisitions
• Review inbound product quality and investigate market prices
• Support suppliers and warehouse teams with daily operations and data analysis
• Coordinate product arrivals, stock reservations, and payment transactions
• Maintain supplier profiles and product details in the purchasing database
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing Supply Chain, and Business Development teams
• Recommend improvements to the overall procurement process

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience with e-commerce platforms and procurement systems
• Strong communication skills in both English and Thai
• Professional attitude with empathy, willingness to learn, and negotiation abilities
• Solid management and problem-solving skills with tact and thoroughness
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work proactively under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office with good analytical skills
• Creative thinking for generating innovative business improvement ideas

• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or data visualization tools
