Associate, True Sphere - True Corporation

This role focuses on promoting store efficiency and ensuring high-quality service to meet defined targets. You will provide friendly and efficient support for various services, including payment processing, usage inquiries, and account setup or promotion changes. The position involves basic food and beverage service within True Sphere, a first-class service environment, while collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

You will manage daily operations smoothly, handling financials, inventory, and environmental controls according to company guidelines. The role requires identifying and preventing fraud to protect company interests. You will also recommend products, provide consultations, and promote True Group solutions and basic offerings to customers.

• Serve food and beverages to customers using True Sphere efficiently
• Provide information about True Sphere services, special privileges, and True Block Card activities
• Collaborate with the team to maintain excellent service standards and update product knowledge
• Manage daily operations, including financials, inventory, and environmental controls
• Prevent fraud and corruption to protect company interests
• Recommend products, provide consultations, and promote sales of True Group solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience working with data systems and operating systems
• Strong customer service skills and personality
• Good personality, polite demeanor, and negotiation skills
• Appropriate conduct and a positive attitude towards work and service
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service

• Ability to work flexible shifts (5 days/week)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
