Assistant Manager, Online Business Analysis - Samsung

This role focuses on driving business growth through rigorous data analysis and strategic insights. You will analyze market trends and operational data to identify key opportunities and risks, while developing analytical models that support high-level strategic planning. The position requires close collaboration with various business units to deliver data-driven solutions that optimize performance.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and automated reports to monitor critical business KPIs. This includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of online business performance and continuously enhancing data visibility. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will support forecasting, performance reviews, and executive presentations to guide strategic decision-making.

• Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop analytical models and business insights to support strategic planning and performance optimization.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business challenges and management requests.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to monitor business KPIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of online business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, Operations, and Regional teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance review activities through meaningful analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and databases.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for management.
• Prepare executive reports, presentation materials, and business review documents for management meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, Power Query, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other Business Intelligence and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling, dashboard development, and KPI management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics industries.
