Senior Oracle ERP Financials Consultant - Deloitte

You will lead business consultation discussions and translate customer requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration. You will support UAT testing by investigating issues raised and coordinating with users and developers. You will spot strategies and risks to recommend approaches that help clients meet their needs. You will lead, coach, and advise a small project team while managing their performance. You will set up, document, and test the Oracle system while understanding and applying Oracle methodologies. You will gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You will keep growing your skills to help the team with business development and sales efforts. You will stay informed on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide the best solutions for your clients' needs.

• Communicate effectively with clients to review requirements and translate them into specification documents
• Lead business consultation discussions and facilitate global design workshops
• Support UAT testing by investigating issues and coordinating with users and developers
• Manage a small project team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system while applying Oracle methodologies
• Provide subject matter guidance and training to clients during implementation
• Deliver functional design documents and perform requirement analysis
• Contribute to business development and sales efforts by leveraging technical expertise
• Stay updated on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide optimal solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field
• CPA qualification or Master’s degree is preferable
• At least 8 years of experience with Oracle Financials (Cloud Financials and EBS)
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials
• Must have experience working directly with clients on full life-cycle projects or large implementations
• Deep understanding of end-to-end functionality for Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Assets, and Cloud Cash Management
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules, preferably General Ledger or Accounting Hub
• Functional perspective experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules
• Strong knowledge of organization setup and module-specific configurations
• Excellent project management and delivery skills

• Experience with system integration and business process analysis
