Transport Supervisor - DHL Thailand

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily transport operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of shipments. This role involves managing a team of drivers and logistics staff to maintain high service standards and operational safety. You will monitor route planning, vehicle maintenance schedules, and delivery performance to resolve any operational issues that arise. The position requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transport activities within the broader logistics network. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license is an advantage

• Experience with transport management software
• Knowledge of Thai traffic laws and regulations
