Safety and Environmental Supervisor - SCG

This role involves managing and monitoring logistics safety systems through a control center, analyzing transportation risks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will oversee road safety protocols, develop driver training programs, and manage safety incidents or crises effectively. The position requires conducting site inspections, supporting construction material issues, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment.

You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing safety performance data to prepare executive reports and summaries. The role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments and present findings to senior management. You will also support the preparation for emergencies and manage safety-related logistics operations.

• Manage and monitor logistics safety systems through the control center, including warning alerts, unsafe conditions, near misses, and driving behaviors
• Analyze transportation and site risks and provide safety recommendations to relevant departments
• Develop, improve, and track compliance with transportation safety standards
• Collect, analyze, and prepare safety performance reports for presentation to stakeholders
• Manage company vehicle road safety systems and define prevention strategies to reduce accidents
• Develop tracking systems and promote safe driving knowledge among employees
• Support preparation and management during safety incidents or crisis situations
• Conduct site inspections and check-ins using the Site Insight system
• Support the resolution of issues related to SCG construction materials and coordinate with relevant departments
• Build strong relationships with construction units and internal departments
• Prepare and present executive summaries of operational performance to management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Professional Safety Officer (PSO)
• At least 2-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics Safety Management
• Knowledge of Logistics Safety and Road Safety principles
• Skills in data analysis and linking information
• Skills in communication, coordination, and presentation
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team

• Ability to work at the Bangsaothong office and travel to provincial sites
• Knowledge of IT, social media creation, or Transportation and Logistics will be considered a plus
