Compliance Team Leader - Central Pattana

This role involves leading a team focused on ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing compliance programs and managing the team to mitigate risks effectively. The position requires a strategic approach to policy implementation and team supervision to maintain high standards of operational integrity.

• Lead and supervise the compliance team to ensure effective execution of compliance programs
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes to ensure organizational adherence to laws and internal policies
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate operational and legal risks
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance gaps
• Train and mentor team members on compliance standards and best practices
• Report compliance issues and recommendations to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a legal or compliance department
• Strong understanding of Thai and international regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Professional certification in Compliance or Risk Management (e.g., CAMS, CCEP)
• Experience in the retail or real estate industry
• Fluency in both English and Thai
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
