Technical Service Engineer - SCG

You will be responsible for providing technical consultation and support for cement products to customers in the Northeastern region and Laos. You will support the sales team in resolving on-site issues, developing solutions, and creating value through professional technical services. The role involves frequent travel to upcountry areas to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality standards are met.

You will work closely with sales, technical, and related teams to develop continuous service strategies. Additionally, you will support the creation of new solutions or technical activities that enhance customer value and help elevate the operational standards and production quality of customer sites.

• Provide technical consultation and services to customers in the Northeastern region and Laos
• Support the sales team in managing ready-mix concrete, bag, and SCG customer groups to ensure confidence in product quality and usage
• Visit customer sites to analyze problems and propose appropriate and rapid solutions
• Help elevate customer work standards and product production quality to meet requirements
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and related units to develop continuous customer service strategies
• Support the creation of new solutions or technical activities that add value to customers

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (GPA 2.70+ for Bachelor's, GPA 3.30+ for Master's)
• Good English proficiency (TOEIC 550+ or Level B1+)
• Knowledge of construction materials, specifically cement usage in construction or production
• Ability to provide technical advice to executives, contractors, site engineers, or project owners
• Problem analysis skills with the ability to propose effective solutions
• Communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented
• Ability to travel to upcountry areas 15-20 days per month
• Valid driver's license
