Transformation & Technology Manager - Deloitte

You will lead organizational and HR transformation projects for Japanese clients across Southeast Asia, driving initiatives in system design, talent development, and organizational integration. This role requires managing mixed teams of local and Japanese staff while navigating complex cultural and regulatory landscapes. You will collaborate with various Deloitte service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions for M&A, change management, and operational optimization. The position offers significant exposure to diverse project themes and the opportunity to work with regional headquarters to standardize HR practices across the region.

As a Manager, you will demonstrate leadership by mentoring diverse teams, building productive client relationships, and executing key objectives for internal and external stakeholders. • Lead organizational and talent management transformation projects, including HR system design and implementation
• Manage multi-month projects involving organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
• Support M&A advisory activities, including HR due diligence and post-merger integration planning
• Lead large-scale ERP implementation initiatives as a PMO
• Collaborate with Japanese and Southeast Asian clients to drive regional HR system integration
• Mentor diverse teams and foster a culture of respect and inclusion
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to business development and proposal activities for new projects

• Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English, or native-level English proficiency with business-level Japanese
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in organizational transformation, HR in M&A, or Change Management (Tech Adoption)
• Proven track record of leading projects and managing multi-month initiatives
• Deep expertise in organizational and HR management principles
• Experience in M&A advisory services, including FA services and due diligence
• Knowledge of system development and PMO processes
• Experience working in corporate planning or HR departments on integration projects
• Experience participating in global projects with Southeast Asian exposure
