About the position
JLL is hiring an AV Technician based on-site in Bangkok to support day-to-day facility operations. The role involves inspecting equipment rooms, performing preventive maintenance, completing checklists assigned by the Engineer and Senior Technician, investigating and repairing equipment for tenants, and supporting moves, adds and changes while complying with local regulations. Candidates should hold a vocational or diploma qualification in electricity or a related field; new graduates are welcome, though experience in preventive maintenance and building systems in high-rise buildings is an advantage, along with an electrical license.
Responsibilities
Inspect equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists
Perform preventive maintenance on control systems and installed equipment
Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants
Provide electrical and telephone systems for exhibitions
Be prepared for emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise
Requirements
Vocational or Diploma in Electricity or related field
Experience in PM and building systems in high-rise buildings is an advantage
Electrical license is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving ability
Good interpersonal skills and availability to work shifts
Nice to have
Electrical license; experience in preventive maintenance and building systems in high-rise buildings
