JLL is hiring a Regional Programme Manager (Design & Development) - Hospitality to work full-time with a specific hotel operator, coordinating a portfolio of new build, conversion, and renovation projects across a defined cluster of properties or the APAC region, spanning focused service, full-service, lifestyle, and luxury brands. The role acts as the point of contact between the hotel operator and property owner, overseeing planning and design phases, brand standards implementation, construction reporting, and design coordination across architecture, interior design, FF&E, and related disciplines.
The position reports day-to-day to the Client's Technical Services Lead with functional management from the JLL Account Director, and is based on-site in Bangkok. Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, 10+ years of hospitality design and project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluency in English with willingness to travel.
Provide technical services and oversight to all elements of the planning and design phase in accordance with the operator's brand standards and internal processes
Support the Owner's project timelines and construction progress through the provision of information and decisions from the hotel operator to ensure a seamless hotel handover
Oversee implementation of brand standards and seek clarifications and approvals on variances; report on construction activities and project risks
Coordinate the overall design direction, review, and approval of architectural planning, interior design, FF&E, art and accessories, landscape design, graphics, and wayfinding
Support technical assessment of projects including Project Improvement Plan (PIP) inspections and contribute to country-specific addenda to global Brand standards
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in hospitality design roles and project management
Excellent communication, presentation, written, and public speaking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with understanding of relevant software principles
Fluency in English; local language proficiency required where relevant to the assigned location; ability to travel as required
