The role manages and coordinates end-to-end ocean export logistics at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited. Duties include arranging freight bookings, negotiating ocean freight rates, coordinating factory trucking and container loading, facilitating customs clearance, monitoring shipments and service-provider compliance, and analyzing logistics data to improve efficiency, cost, and service quality.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and have 1–3 years of experience in ocean export coordination, freight forwarding, or international logistics. Export operations or shipping-company experience is preferred. The role requires knowledge of containerization, international transportation, and Incoterms, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, and onsite work in Bangkok.
Coordinate ocean export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and internal stakeholders
Source, negotiate, and secure competitive ocean freight rates
Arrange bookings according to customer requirements, production schedules, and shipment deadlines
Plan factory trucking schedules and container loading activities
Coordinate customs clearance and monitor shipment status, documentation, delivery, and provider compliance
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Bachelor GPA above 2.70 and Master GPA above 3.30
1–3 years of relevant ocean export, freight forwarding, or international logistics experience
Export operations or shipping-company experience preferred
Strong coordination, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Good written and verbal English, with TOEIC above 550
Experience in export operations or shipping companies; knowledge of ocean freight logistics, containerization, international transportation, and Incoterms
