UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Wealth Banking business in Bangkok. The role involves conducting fact-finding and KYC on customers, providing professional financial advice, designing financial and investment plans, and growing customer wealth through the bank's investment and insurance products. The position collaborates with the Investment Centre on a wide range of investment products to advise customers on opportunities.
Candidates should hold a Master's in MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Finance, or a related field, with 2-8 years of relevant experience (2-4 years for Junior, 4-8 years for Senior). Required are knowledge of financial instruments, credit and business analysis, strong interpersonal and communication skills, good English, and Single, Life and Non-Life insurance licenses.
Passionately fact-find and conduct KYC on customers to present suitable product solutions
Provide professional financial advice and customer service to achieve high satisfaction and retention
Design financial strategies, investment plans, or portfolio models for individual customers
Review and respond to customers' changing needs and financial circumstances
Build customer wealth through bank investment and insurance products, working with IC on investment opportunities
Master's in MBA or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Economics, Finance, or related field
2-8 years of experience in marketing planning/relationship management in banking
Knowledge of mutual fund products and financial instruments, credit and business analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English
Single License, Life and Non-Life License certificates
