The Client Service Assistant (CSA) at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities works closely with Financial Consultants to support high-net-worth clients in the Wealth Management division. Responsibilities include preparing onboarding documents, handling client enquiries, assisting with order execution for banking and investment transactions, building relationships with FCs and clients, creating tailored presentations, coordinating with pitch teams, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
The role welcomes new graduates with a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields. Candidates must be Thai nationals, willing to stay in the position for at least 2.5-3.0 years, and obtain IC Licenses (P1, P2, P3) within the probation period. Strong communication, organization, and English skills are required.
Preparing, processing and completing all documents for onboarding new clients and opening accounts for investment products, including administrative work
Respond to all client enquiries and provide resolution to most issues and requests
Assisting FC on executing clients' orders covering both banking and investment transactions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with FCs and clients by delivering exceptional services
Assisting FC in servicing and analyzing financial products for clients, and creating tailored presentations/pitch documents
Thai Nationality
Education background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
New graduates are welcome
Willing to work in this position for at least 2.5-3.0 years
Required to obtain IC Licenses (P1, P2, P3) within the probation period
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good team player mindset; detail-oriented, well-organized, fast learner, ambitious, energetic, proactive; able to manage workload under time constraint and pressure; good command of written and spoken English
