About the position
The SAP CPI Lead leads the design, architecture, and development of enterprise integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and technical teams to align integrations with business objectives and technical standards.
The position requires expert SAP CPI proficiency, strong integration solution architecture and design experience, requirements analysis, problem-solving, technical team leadership, and stakeholder management. Preferred experience includes solution architecture, requirements analysis, solution planning, costing and pricing, and technical leadership for complex enterprise integration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of SAP CPI integration solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, deliverable integration solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and support to integration team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to maintain alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Drive technical decisions, resolve integration issues, and oversee solution quality and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Strong experience in integration solution architecture and design.
- Strong requirements analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating across workstreams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience in solution architecture and requirements analysis; knowledge of solution planning, costing and pricing; technical leadership for complex enterprise integration initiatives.
