About the position
The Technology Solutions Specialist at AIA Thailand is responsible for leveraging digital technologies to automate existing business processes and improve process efficiency. The role involves analysing existing processes, proposing digital improvements, defining scope, cost and benefits of digital initiatives, and overseeing implementation to ensure alignment with AIA's digital strategy.
The position also handles other related tasks to support business policy and long-term growth, and explores opportunities to improve workflow and build a healthy working environment. Candidates must pass a criminal background check prior to joining, in line with AIA Thailand's recruitment policy and PDPA requirements.
Responsibilities
Analyse and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and propose improvements to go digital
Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering of business processes
Define scope, cost and benefits of digital initiatives
Oversee the implementation of proposed improvements and ensure increased productivity and consistency with AIA's digital strategy
Perform other related tasks as assigned to align with business policy and long-term business growth
Hiring Process
