Agoda is hiring an Oracle Technical Specialist to join its OTS team within the Finance department in Bangkok, with relocation provided. The role is primarily focused on Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP), designing, building, and supporting reports for Finance stakeholders, including data models, SQL, RTF/XML templates, bursting, scheduling, security, and performance tuning. The specialist also contributes across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP/PostgreSQL development, Visual Builder extensions, low-code automation, and CI/CD operations tooling, partnering with business and tech teams on delivery and production support.
The position requires 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion technical experience, with deep BIP expertise and strong Oracle SQL/PL/SQL skills. Candidates must have practical OIC experience including orchestration, XSLT mappings, adapters, and error handling, along with REST/SOAP API integration knowledge. Experience with Visual Builder, RPA/Process Automation, and tools such as FlexDeploy, GitLab CI/CD, and Grafana is part of the broader technical landscape.
Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion BIP reports end-to-end including data models, SQL, RTF/XML templates, bursting, scheduling, security, and performance tuning
Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including orchestration, adapters, XSLT mappings, error handling, and monitoring
Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PL/SQL on Oracle ATP and work with PostgreSQL for supporting applications and operational data needs
Support low-code UI and extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS) for Finance-facing solutions
Support testing, release readiness, deployments, and BAU incident resolution via FlexDeploy/GitLab CI-CD patterns and monitoring tools such as Grafana
5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) experience including data models, complex SQL, RTF templates, bursting, ESS scheduling, report security, and performance tuning
5+ years Oracle Fusion technical experience overall
Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills including queries, packages/procedures, optimization, and troubleshooting
Hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience with orchestration, XSLT mappings, adapters, lookups, error handling, and monitoring
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, payloads, authentication patterns, and integration debugging
Experience with OTBI analyses and dashboards; low-code automation using Oracle Integration RPA, Process Automation, and Fusion AI Agents/Agent Studio; Visual Builder (VBCS) with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON
