JLL is hiring an EHS Construction Lead for a greenfield data centre power infrastructure build-out in Chon Buri, Thailand. The role sits with the client's project management team and serves as the single point of contact for HSE activities across multiple contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, and the client's global safety standards.
Responsibilities include developing the project HSE plan, conducting risk assessments and site inspections, chairing safety coordination meetings, delivering toolbox talks and emergency drills, monitoring safety indicators, investigating incidents, and liaising with local authorities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent, 8–10 years of HSE management experience in high-voltage power infrastructure or large-scale industrial construction, and proven data centre or mission-critical project experience.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of project HSE plan in alignment with client policy and local regulations
Conduct regular risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), and site safety inspections
Lead implementation of client's pre-construction HSE reviews of engineering designs, procurement packages, and construction methodologies
Coordinate and chair weekly/bi-weekly safety coordination meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and site management
Monitor and report on leading and lagging safety indicators; track corrective actions and close-out non-conformances
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
NEBOSH International Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent certification
Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on HSE management experience in high-voltage power infrastructure or large-scale industrial construction
Proven track record on data centre or mission-critical facilities projects, including transformer yards, switchgear installation, and generator house construction
Strong communication skills in English and Thai; willingness to be on-site full time
Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 frameworks; demonstrated ability to influence multi-disciplinary teams
