The Senior Software Engineer (KKPS) is based in Bangkok, Thailand, at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities (KKPS), part of the Digital & Technology division. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend services for a mobile financial application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features, and reviewing code from internal and external contributors.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in testing, maintaining, and deploying software products, and 3 years of experience in large-scale software design and architecture. Preferred experience includes microservice architecture, mobile banking or financial applications, Golang, React, JavaScript, Flutter, native iOS/Android, SQL/NoSQL databases, and low-level performance and debugging.
Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend services of the mobile financial application
Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver the features and products and ensure their quality using unit testing and performance analysis
Review and feedback on code for both internal and external contributors
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or other related fields
5 years of experience in testing, maintaining, and deploying software products
3 years of experience in large scale software design and architecture
Experience in Microservice architecture
Experience in developing mobile banking or financial applications
Experience in Golang, React, and JavaScript
Experience in Flutter, native iOS, and Android application
Experience in SQL/NoSQL database (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB)
Experience in performance and debugging towards low-level code (e.g. OS, system profiling)
