Product Owner role at KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank) within the Marketing & Product Development function, based in Bangkok. The position is responsible for building and transforming KKP's products and services for digital channels, owning business activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product releases on time. The role involves analyzing customer needs, aligning the product roadmap with strategic goals, researching the market, developing customer journeys and detailed specifications, and working with call center, app support, IT, UX/UI, and tester teams to resolve issues and ensure MVP quality.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, with experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a related role. Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and active listening skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage.
Build/design/develop business capabilities and transform KKP products and services to serve customers through digital channels
Own/prepare business activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams in KKP to manage and launch product releases on time
Understand and analyze customer needs, align product roadmap to strategic goals and ensure customer experience improvement
Research and analyze market, the users, and product roadmaps to compete in financial industry
Develop appropriate customer journey and detailed specifications for product features as well as business flows/diagrams for the development team to clearly understand
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related
Have experience in product owner, business analyst or related fields
Excellent interpersonal skill and administrative skill
Good analytical skill and acumen in business logic
Proactive attitude and self-motivate
Understand and experience with Agile methodology is advantage
