The UX/UI Designer at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (KKP) in Bangkok will collaborate with product owners, data engineers/scientists, developers, visual designers, and UX writers to deliver user-centered digital experiences. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, conducting user research and usability testing, creating user flows, wireframes, UI, and interactions, iterating on designs based on feedback, and maintaining the design system.
The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in design, HCI, or related fields, with mid-level to senior-level UX/UI experience and a strong portfolio. Candidates must be proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools, demonstrate strong analytical and system thinking, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of financial or investment products is a plus.
Understanding User Needs: Collaborate with product owners and data engineers/scientists to gather and evaluate user requirements and identify pain points and opportunities.
Data-Driven Design: Work with researchers and utilize user research, data analytics, and usability testing to inform design decisions, measure impact, and ensure value for users and the business.
Design Crafting: Create excellent user flows, wireframes, UI, and user interactions, delivering the best user experience aligned with design principles and the design system.
Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, visual designers, UX writers, and data engineers/scientists to ensure the best design solutions.
Iterative Improvement: Iterate on designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback, ensuring continuous refinement and improvement.
Bachelor's degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
Mid-level to senior-level experience in UX and UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing passion and skills in creating meaningful designs.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar software, with mastery of Figma being a strong advantage.
Strong critical and system thinking skills to make informed design decisions and ensure a well-organized design process.
Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during various product phases.
Knowledge or experience in financial or investment products is a plus, with an interest in financial services being beneficial for understanding user needs in this context.
