This full-time management position leads Securities Services Operations teams delivering custody, fund administration, and transfer agency activities in Indonesia, ensuring client and regulatory obligations are met. The role covers business-as-usual operations, risk and controls, regulatory and audit matters, client onboarding, process optimization, technology automation, transformation initiatives, and coordination with country operations and technology leaders.
The successful candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in custody and/or fund accounting, including direct experience managing large teams. The posting also requires sound knowledge of securities-services regulation, strong operational and communication skills, effective project management and negotiation, and experience managing concurrent activities in a high-risk environment. A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
Manage Securities Services Operations teams delivering custody, fund administration, and transfer agency activities in Indonesia.
Oversee business-as-usual operations, risk management, controls, regulatory, audit, and compliance matters.
Lead client onboarding, change management, process optimization, technology automation, and transformation initiatives.
Serve as an escalation point and coordinate operational groups, external and internal stakeholders, and local regulatory forums.
Manage hiring, employee development, retention, engagement, coaching, ethics, diversity, and managerial effectiveness.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for the securities services business.
More than 10 years of custody and/or fund accounting experience, including management of large teams.
Senior to advanced related-role experience with people-management experience preferred.
Demonstrated success coordinating with senior leadership and managing concurrent activities and projects in a high-risk environment.
Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience, with sound operational, communication, interpersonal, and client-centric skills.
Familiarity with BOT regulations, SEC rules, and related local guidelines.
Strong track record in processing re-engineering and automation.
Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
