You will serve as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive Manatal's expansion into mid-market and enterprise segments. You will work directly with prospects and customers to understand their business processes and technical requirements, explaining advanced product capabilities and designing proof-of-concept workflows. You will translate complex customer needs into structured requirements, partnering closely with Product Managers to evaluate solution feasibility and help shape the product direction throughout the sales cycle. You will provide technical expertise on APIs, integrations, and automation workflows to help customers evaluate and successfully adopt Manatal. This role requires leading complex customer conversations, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives independently from discovery through execution. You will collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer adoption.

You will drive the profitable growth of Agoda's Strategic Partnerships and Travel Distribution business by managing end-to-end technical account management for the company's largest B2B accommodation partners. This role requires you to take full ownership of connection performance, including new builds, upgrades, and daily success rates, while ensuring optimal access to inventory and rates. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers to identify business needs and influence the design of next-generation features, while also serving as a trusted advisor to B2B clients by translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize connectivity with key partners and extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement. The role involves automating business processes to support operational efficiency and resolving technical issues that impact client connectivity. You will work with diverse internal teams and world-leading travel providers to deliver innovative, scalable travel solutions at speed.
