You will combine finance process expertise with continuous improvement, task and process mining, and intelligent automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality. The position involves identifying high-value transformation opportunities, translating finance pain points into practical digital solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Engineering, and Technology to deliver sustainable outcomes. You will manage the full transformation pipeline from opportunity identification and business-case development through solution design, pilot, implementation, adoption, and benefit realization. You will lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, assess processes using process mining and data analysis, and identify use cases for GenAI, machine learning, OCR/IDP, RPA, and workflow automation. The role requires developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and pilot plans while evaluating AI tools and automation platforms based on business value, usability, and integration complexity. They will also drive business case development for new fintech initiatives and implement payments optimization strategies. The position requires a results-oriented professional to manage commercial operations and controls within a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on investment and unit-linked product accounting activities. The specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining financial accounting policies and practices for unit-linked products. They must set up and maintain relevant general ledger systems and reconcile and report on unit-linked products related ledger accounts, unallocated premium suspense accounts, and unit trading activities. The position also involves exploring opportunities to improve workflows and aligning with business policy to build long-term business growth.

The Manager Data & Analytics is part of the Finance Systems & Innovation team, reporting to the Senior Manager. The role involves delivering key data and analytics initiatives for Finance stakeholders and contributing to data governance projects. The position requires working closely with users and subject matter experts to design high-quality data solutions and owning initiatives end-to-end. The candidate will act as a consultant for the business to set up efficient data flows, reporting, and analysis processes. The role is based in Bangkok, with relocation provided for expat candidates. The successful candidate will work with a diverse set of stakeholders in Finance and other parts of the organization. They will consult stakeholders to propose suitable data solutions, build end-to-end solutions including data workflows and dashboards, and become familiar with the financial data ecosystem.
