SPBT : Manager, Area Sales (B4)

The Manager, Area Sales is responsible for executing the company and regional sales strategy within an assigned area, including pricing, product lineup, credit terms, execution standards, stock holding, FEFO, and route optimization. The role works with RTM, Sales Capability, ADM, RSM and distributors to develop infrastructure, convert area objectives into actionable plans, conduct monthly distributor reviews, coach direct reports, monitor distributor and team performance, and ensure rollout of Way of Working and trade marketing programs.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales, with strong sales skills, team management, coaching ability, and good command of English and computer literacy. The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, at Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand (SPBT).

Ensure execution of Company/Region plan strategy & policy related to sales, pricing, product line up, credit terms, execution standards, stock holding, FEFO, and route optimization

Work with RTM, Sales Capability, ADM, RSM and distributors to develop infrastructure and efficient routes

Convert area objectives into actionable plans for ADE, Route Supervisors and Distributors

Conduct monthly distributor review and health-check to identify opportunities and gaps vs JBP

Provide ongoing coaching to direct reports and ensure rollout of Way of Working, FMO and trade marketing programs

Bachelor's Degree required

5-10 years of experience in FMCG or Beverage industry

Strong sales skills with prior experience in FMCG and retail

Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy

Good team management, coaching, training and leadership skills
