Loss and Damage Operation Team Lead (SPX Express) - ช้อปปี้

This role involves leading the Loss and Damage Operation Team to measure and track key performance indicators regarding damage and reporting. The team lead manages daily loss, stuck, and damage performance, identifying bottlenecks and risks to the network operation. Responsibilities include designing mitigation strategies, identifying process improvement opportunities, and managing stakeholders to align on goals. The position requires preparing reporting tools and templates for internal stakeholders and customers, as well as collecting and analyzing data to set up improvement processes.

Measure and track team’s key performances of damage and report generating

Manage day-to-day loss, stuck and damage performance and resolve issues

Identify key risk areas to network operation and design mitigation strategies

Identify opportunities in processes to improve cost, quality and lead time

Prepare reporting tools/templates for Key performance indicators

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Economics; Logistics, Supply chain management, Business administration, or a related field

2+ years of logistics industry experience in operations excellence and/or supply chain analysis

Excellent communication skills and experience in project management

Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data independently

Strong sense of ownership with hands-on mentality

Experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
