Inventory Cycle count Associate [Sc1] - Operations - Bangkok - ช้อปปี้

This role involves supporting and overseeing overall inventory accuracy while driving operational standards and SOPs. The Associate manages inventory discrepancies by monitoring trends, identifying root causes, and reconciling system records with physical stock. They also prevent inventory loss, drive the cycle-count plan, and review variance cases to ensure proper resolution. The position requires leading and developing teams, coordinating across functions, and analyzing data to prepare reports on inventory trends and operational risks.

Control inventory accuracy and oversee operational standards

Manage inventory discrepancies and expedite reconciliation

Prevent inventory loss, damage, and misplacement

Drive the cycle-count plan and ensure high accuracy

Review and close variance cases

Improve operational productivity and coordinate with Operations

Proactively troubleshoot inventory issues and system problems

Expedite incident resolution with Operations and System Support

Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues

Control surplus inventory and manage tracking

Analyze and improve inventory health

Lead and develop the Cycle Count, Troubleshooting, and Surplus teams

Coordinate across functions to resolve issues

Analyze data and prepare reports on trends and risks

Drive long-term improvements and support warehouse audits

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Leadership ability to lead, coach, and develop team members

Analytical skills to analyze inventory data and identify root causes

Problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues

Communication skills to coordinate with Operations, Outbound, and System Support teams

Supervisory experience overseeing operational teams
