Warehouse Recruiter

Shopee is hiring a Warehouse Recruiter for its People team in Bangkok to manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff. Responsibilities include workforce planning, developing recruitment channels, coordinating manpower agencies, leading a sub-team, and tracking hiring KPIs through weekly and monthly reporting.

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 5 years of HR/recruitment experience. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office, good English command, and willingness to travel to Shopee warehouses in Bangna Km. 23 or Wangnoi, Ayutthaya.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and start-date coordination

Contribute to recruitment strategies by analyzing workforce needs, hiring performance, and labor market conditions

Identify, evaluate, and develop recruitment channels such as job fairs, campus recruitment, internships, and community outreach

Coordinate workload allocation and priorities within the sub-team and monitor hiring progress against targets

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate onboarding of new manpower agencies and monitor their performance

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

At least 5 years' experience in HR (Recruitment) or related fields

Strong analytical and leadership skills with ability to work with data quality

Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of G Suite

Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or G Suite; able to work under pressure and travel to Shopee Warehouse (Bangna Km. 23 or Wangnoi Ayutthaya)
