Inbound Supervisor Wangnoi - Operations - Bangkok

The Inbound Supervisor manages inbound operations for a wide range of products at Shopee's warehouse in Bangna Km. 23. Responsibilities include ensuring the inbound team meets KPIs, coordinating with Sourcing and Regional teams for smooth shipment arrivals, and proposing process improvements.

Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, plus 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience. Required skills include knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong coordination and negotiation abilities, and effective English communication.

Manage all inbound operations on a wide range of products and storage and warehousing

Ensure all inbound team perform tasks to meet KPIs as well as evaluate and improve their performance

Co-ordinate with Sourcing and Regional teams to ensure smooth arrival and inbounding of all shipment to warehouse

Monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team

Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistic Management, Supply Chain or any related field

At least 2-3 years' experience in Warehouse, Logistic Management or related experiences in Warehouse inbound

Knowledge of Warehouse management and Inventory Control

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Be able to communicate effectively in English is a MUST
