Outbound Supervisor - Operations

The Outbound Supervisor manages daily and campaign packing operations in Bangkok, allocating manpower and resources through WMS/ERP while monitoring productivity, SLA, accuracy, packing quality, and transit damage. The role also oversees packing-material costs and consumption, supports environmentally friendly material initiatives, and coordinates with Picking, Inventory, Outbound, and Procurement teams.

The supervisor prepares reports and operational summaries through dashboards and BI tools, presents improvement recommendations to management, and supports adoption of technologies such as scanning systems and automatic labeling. The position coaches team leaders and employees on work instructions, SOPs, and customer-centric practices.

Plan and control daily and campaign packing operations, managing manpower and resources through WMS/ERP

Monitor productivity, SLA, accuracy, and packing quality to reduce transit damage

Manage packing-material costs and consumption and support environmentally friendly material initiatives

Coordinate with Picking, Inventory, Outbound, and Procurement teams

Coach team leaders and employees on WI/SOPs, operational standards, and customer-centric practices

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment

Experience in packing, outbound operations, or team management is advantageous

Proficient with WMS, ERP, or OMS

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting

Able to communicate in English for work systems and basic communication

Able to work shifts, holidays, and high-volume campaign periods
