Inbound Frontline Team Lead - Operations - Bangkok

This role leads day-to-day inbound shipment receiving, including preparing work plans, setting daily and weekly priorities, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring smooth shipment processing. The team lead delegates duties, allocates resources, monitors staff compliance with company policies, reviews activity and performance reports, and prepares departmental reports for work analysis and performance improvement.

The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain, or a related field and have at least two years of warehousing experience, with e-commerce experience highly preferred. The role also requires Excel proficiency, deadline and pressure management, strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, teamwork, and availability to work shifts and designated days off when required.

Manage and monitor daily inbound shipment receiving.

Prepare and prioritize work plans by day and week.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain smooth inbound shipment processes.

Delegate duties, allocate resources, and ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.

Review performance reports and prepare departmental reports for work analysis and improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain, or a related field.

At least 2 years of warehousing experience; e-commerce experience is highly preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, teamwork, and shift availability.
