Inventory Frontline Team Lead - Operations - Bangkok

The Inventory Frontline Team Lead supports Shopee's warehouse operations in Bangkok by planning and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts, assigning tasks, and monitoring team performance against productivity standards. The role involves deep-dive analysis of stock discrepancies, coordinating resolution with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Returns teams, preparing operational reports for management, coaching new staff, and proposing process improvements to enhance long-term warehouse efficiency.

Candidates should hold a vocational or bachelor's degree, with warehouse or stock-counting experience preferred. The position requires leadership and decision-making ability, team and multitasking management, strong knowledge of WMS/ERP/Excel, attention to detail, cross-functional coordination skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; assign tasks and monitor team performance

Conduct deep-dive analysis of stock discrepancies and coordinate timely case closure

Prepare daily and weekly operational and stock status reports for management

Coach and support new team members to meet company standards

Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Returns teams to resolve stock issues and improve processes

Propose process improvements to enhance long-term warehouse efficiency

Vocational certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree or equivalent

Warehouse or stock-counting experience preferred

Leadership and decision-making ability

Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, and Excel

High attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Team player with strong cross-functional coordination skills

Strong problem-solving and situational handling skills
