Outbound Frontline Team Lead - Operations

The Outbound Frontline Team Lead supports warehouse outbound operations by monitoring performance and KPIs, including accuracy and on-time delivery. The role identifies operational issues such as backlog and delays, proposes initial corrective actions, oversees WMS usage and overtime productivity, and coordinates with Picking, Packing, Inventory, and Transport teams.

The lead also acts as a key data coordinator, supports work-standard and productivity initiatives, and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports using Excel or Google Sheets. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, 2–4 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, outbound, or data-analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and availability for shifts or holiday work. E-commerce or fulfillment experience is preferred, and male applicants must have completed military service.

Monitor outbound performance and KPIs, including accuracy and on-time delivery.

Identify operational issues such as backlog and delays and propose initial corrective actions.

Oversee WMS usage, overtime, and shift productivity to support operational cost efficiency.

Coordinate with Picking, Packing, Inventory, and Transport teams and serve as a key data coordinator.

Support work-standard improvements, productivity initiatives, dashboards, reports, compliance, safety, and other assigned tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

2–4 years of warehouse, logistics, outbound, or data-analysis experience; e-commerce or fulfillment experience is advantageous.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Table, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, and reporting.

Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

Ability to work shifts or on holidays when necessary; male applicants must have completed military service.
