The role focuses on designing and optimizing end-to-end outbound operations covering order picking, packing, sorting, and shipping. Responsibilities include establishing and monitoring outbound KPIs, improving picking paths and packing specifications, developing operating guidelines, training warehouse teams, and adjusting processes during peak periods or operational disruptions.

The successful candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in outbound operations, warehouse management, or supply chain roles. Required skills include analytical interpretation of order data and metrics, familiarity with picking and packing optimization, proficiency with Excel and warehouse management systems, and experience developing guidelines and training frontline staff. Strong coordination, adaptability, attention to detail, and English communication are also required.

Design end-to-end outbound processes covering order picking, packing, sorting, and shipping.

Establish and monitor KPIs including picking efficiency, fulfillment rate, on-time shipping, and error rate.

Optimize picking paths and design packing specifications that balance product protection and cost.

Develop operating guidelines and train warehouse outbound teams on optimized processes.

Adjust outbound strategies and reallocate resources during peak periods or disruptions.

1–5 years of relevant experience in outbound operations, warehouse management, or supply chain roles, or relevant internships in high-volume fulfillment centers.

Strong analytical skills for interpreting order data, outbound metrics, and performance trends.

Familiarity with batch picking, zone picking, wave picking, and packing optimization techniques.

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and warehouse management systems.

Ability to develop operating guidelines, training materials, and effectively train frontline staff.
