SOC Operations (SPX Express) - ช้อปปี้

This role serves as a secondary point of contact for the Regional SIP CB team, translating requirements into local SOPs. The position involves performing daily volume reconciliation between local warehouse systems and regional dashboards to identify gaps. The employee will monitor SLA compliance for outbound parcels and ensure strict FIFO logic is followed to meet international shipping lead times. Key duties include developing tracking files using Advanced Excel/SQL and analyzing discrepancies in shipment statuses to drive root cause analysis.

Act as the secondary point of contact for the Regional SIP CB team, participating in daily/weekly sync-ups in English to align on targets and operational constraints.

Translate regional requirements into actionable local SOPs for the SOC and RC teams.

Perform daily Volume Reconciliation between local warehouse systems and regional SIP dashboards to identify gaps or missing parcels.

Develop and maintain tracking files using Advanced Excel/SQL to monitor the end-to-end journey of SIP parcels.

Monitor SLA compliance for outbound parcels, ensuring regional Cross-Border standards are met.

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Cross-Border E-commerce operations.

Efficient English in both written and verbal communication.

Expert level in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).

Strong ability to reconcile large datasets and identify anomalies quickly.

Humble yet assertive communication style; able to collaborate effectively with both frontline staff and regional stakeholders.
