Supervisor - Fulfillment (Inbound)

aCommerce is hiring a hands-on Supervisor to manage inbound operations in its Bangkok warehouse. The role oversees receiving, checking, and put-away of goods, ensures inbound shipments are processed on time and correctly, and coordinates with transport and other teams for a smooth inbound flow. The supervisor leads and controls a team of warehouse staff, assigns daily tasks, manages manpower based on workload, and trains new staff while monitoring performance.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, 3-5 years of warehouse or fulfillment operations experience, and at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. The role requires WMS experience, Thai language skills, good leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work 6 days a week and in shifts if required.

Supervise daily receiving, checking, and put-away activities

Ensure all inbound shipments are processed on time and correctly

Ensure stock is accurate in both physical and system (WMS) and resolve inbound discrepancies

Assist on leading and controlling a team of warehouse staff and assign daily tasks

Update WMS accurately and on time and ensure proper documentation for all inbound activities

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

3–5 years experience in warehouse / fulfillment operations

At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory role
